Q. What is the entire process of placing an order with PoshGrid.In?

A. Its super simple! Follow the steps below :-

  1. Take a look at our entire collection to see which product best matches what you are looking for.
  2. Simply go ahead and click on 'Pre-Order Now' button as you would do on any other e-commerce website.
  3. You will now be re-directed to you 'Cart' page where you will see an order notes box. Please make sure to enter all the relevant information as required to fulfill your order successfully.
  4. Continue ahead to finish the process of 'Checking Out' by filling up some basic information such as your full name, number, email-address, shipping address etc.
  5. Once done, continue ahead to make the final payment and complete your order.
  6. That's it! We have received your order successfully and are now getting ready to deliver your merchandise to you!

Q. I received a faulty product, what do I do?

A. We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

  1. Your name
  2. Order number
  3. Product name and code
  4. Picture of the fault
  5. Description of the fault

(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).

If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.

Q. How can I cancel my order?

A. Oh crap! That's the worst that could happen to us. In-case you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 Hours of placing your order via our 'Contact Us' page.

Q. I want to exchange the product I have received. What should I do?

A. Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility at the moment. Simply place an order for a replacement product and choose to either ship the original product back or keep it.

Q. What is the time taken to process the refund?

A. The day we receive the product back, we perform a thorough quality check. After the product passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund to the mode of payment you used to complete your order. The refund usually takes about 15-20 days. That's on the bank and not us :)
